Internship Responsibilities

• Improving the quality and quantity of adverse event reports

• Participating in baseline studies related to medical device safety
• Monitoring alerts, recalls, and field safety notices
• Assisting in project documentation and reporting activities

• Maintaining confidentiality of healthcare and research data
• Supporting coordinators in safety monitoring activities
• Contributing to patient safety and healthcare quality initiatives

• Fee once paid is non-refundable
• Minimum attendance requirement is 75%
• Excellence certificates will be awarded to participants achieving more than 90% attendance with outstanding performance
