Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Medical Coder at Jindal Healthcare, your core responsibilities will include:
- Coding for E&M, Surgery, Denials, HCC, and Multispecialty medical records.
- Ensuring compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and HCC standards.
- Performing denial analysis and resolution to optimize claim recovery.
- Handling Risk Adjustment coding (RAF/HCC) accurately.
- Maintaining coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Supporting the team in process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B. Pharma, M. Pharma, BDS
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in medical coding
- Required Skills:
