Job Role & Responsibilities

Graduate Trainee Engineers / Trainees

Production Department

  • Assist in API and intermediate manufacturing processes under GMP conditions
  • Monitor batch operations, process parameters, and equipment performance
  • Maintain documentation as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support scale-up and process optimization activities

R&D / Process Development Lab

  • Participate in laboratory experiments related to process development
  • Support method development and optimization of chemical synthesis
  • Maintain lab documentation and ensure data integrity
  • Work closely with senior scientists on innovation projects

Quality Control (QC) & Microbiology

  • Perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
  • Work with instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and other analytical tools
  • Ensure compliance with GLP and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate test records and support audits

Quality Assurance (QA)

    • Assist in documentation review and batch record verification
    • Support deviation handling, CAPA, and change control processes
    • Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS)
    • Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections
