Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Pharmacist (Support OHC Pharmacy) at Aditya Birla Group, you will play a key role in ensuring effective healthcare delivery and compliance with medical safety standards. Your core duties will include:
- Dispensing Medications: Accurately deliver prescribed medicines and counsel patients regarding correct usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock maintenance, check drug expiry dates, and manage procurement schedules.
- Quality Control & Assurance: Conduct checks on drug safety, potency, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain necessary documentation for dispensed drugs and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Safety Monitoring: Track and report any adverse drug reactions, ensuring maximum patient safety.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Relevant Courses: Diploma in Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Pharm.D.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial healthcare setting.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Medicine Dispensing, Patient Counseling, and Prescription Handling.
- Experience in Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
