Fellowship Role & Responsibilities
Critical Care Pharmacotherapy Fellow (FCCPT)
- Participate in daily ICU rounds and support medication therapy management
- Optimize drug therapy through pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic principles
- Review antimicrobial stewardship interventions and monitor high‑risk medications
- Support adverse drug reaction management and pharmacovigilance activities
- Evaluate drug therapy outcomes and contribute to clinical documentation
- Assist in guideline development, research studies, and evidence‑based practice initiatives
- Collaborate with intensivists, clinical pharmacists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Pharm.D degree from a PCI‑recognized university
- Strong interest in clinical pharmacy, critical care, and therapeutic decision‑making
- Good communication, documentation, and analytical skills
Relevant Courses
Pharm.D, PG Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy, Advanced Clinical Pharmacotherapy Certifications.
Duration & Training Structure
