Job Role & Responsibilities

Injectable Manufacturing – Operator (Assistant/Associate)

• Operate sterile manufacturing equipment including vial and bag filling systems
• Conduct filtration, batch manufacturing, autoclave operations, and terminal sterilization
• Execute BMR/BPR activities accurately as per SOPs
• Maintain aseptic discipline and adhere to GDP and GMP standards
• Support production lines such as Bag, Vial, PFS, LYO, Microsphere, and Cartridges

Injectable Packing – Supervisor / Officer / Executive

• Manage packing line execution and visual inspection (MVI/AVI)
• Oversee sealing, labeling, and material movement within packing operations
• Handle QMS-related tasks such as change control, deviations, machine qualification
• Ensure smooth coordination between QA, QC, and production teams

Injectable Packing – Operator (Assistant/Associate)

• Perform routine bag/vial packing activities
• Conduct visual inspection and maintain documentation
• Support line clearance and equipment readiness

Store & Warehouse – Supervisor / Officer / Executive

• Receive raw materials, APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and consumables
• Manage material storage, issuance, and verification as per BMR/BPR
• Maintain inventory records and support dispatch of finished goods
• Follow GDP, safety guidelines, and warehouse SOPs

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Injectable Manufacturing: Diploma, B.Sc, 1–8 years
• Injectable Packing (Supervisor/Officer/Executive): M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.E with 1–8 years
• Injectable Packing (Operator): Diploma, B.Sc with 1–8 years
• Store & Warehouse: B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm, B.E with 1–8 years

Required Technical Skills

• Sterile/Parenteral/Injectable manufacturing operations
• Aseptic behavior, ALCOA principles, GDP & GMP knowledge
• Vial filling, bag filling, filtration, sealing
• Autoclave operations, microsphere production, terminal sterilization
• Packing line management, visual inspection (MVI/AVI)
• QMS activities including deviations, change control, equipment qualification
• Material receipt, verification, dispensing, and storage management
