Position Overview:

Designation: Apprentice – Regulatory Labelling

Department: Regulatory Labelling

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Qualification Required:

MSc. – Stipend ₹14,000 per month

BSc./D.Pharm – Stipend ₹12,000 per month

Experience: Freshers eligible

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and formatting product labels, packaging inserts, cartons, and leaflets as per global regulatory and corporate guidelines.
• Ensure uniformity and accuracy in label formats, design, and terminology, adhering to product-specific and standard templates.
• Support the review of labelling content to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations for markets such as the US, Europe, Canada, Asia, Africa, MENA, CIS, LATAM, and others.
• Verify label information such as drug name, strength, dosage form, batch number, manufacturing/expiry dates, and barcode requirements, using regulatory checklists.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Medical Affairs, IT, and Packaging teams for input, review, and approval processes.
• Coordinate with artwork and design teams to ensure label layout, content, and design meet all regulatory and corporate standards.
• Maintain detailed records of label versions, approval status, and change histories for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support the preparation and compilation of labeling documents required for regulatory submissions across various global markets.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification: BSc, MSc, or D.Pharm (Freshers welcome)

Good knowledge of pharmaceutical terminologies and regulatory guidelines preferred.
