Job Role & Responsibilities
Production / Packing / Pressure Reactor Operations
- Execute API manufacturing processes and batch operations
- Handle pressure reactors and ensure safe operations
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOP compliance
- Support packing and downstream operations
Quality Control (HPLC / GC – Empower Software)
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and wet analysis
- Operate Empower software for data acquisition and reporting
- Ensure GLP, GMP, and data integrity compliance
- Support method verification and routine analysis
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
- Implement safety protocols and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines and audits
- Support incident reporting and corrective actions
Engineering / Maintenance
- Maintain plant equipment and utilities
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure proper engineering documentation and compliance
Warehouse Operations
- Manage raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG)
- Maintain inventory records and documentation
- Ensure GMP-compliant storage and dispatch
Chemical R&D (KG Lab / PD Lab)
- Support process development and scale-up activities
- Work on lab experiments in KG and pilot development labs
- Maintain documentation for R&D and technology transfer
These roles directly impact API production quality, regulatory compliance, and consistent supply of pharmaceutical ingredients used in life-saving medications.

Required Education
- B.Sc (Chemistry)
