Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Drug Substance & Drug Product (Injectables / Biopharma)

• Handle upstream processing and drug substance manufacturing
• Execute sterile injectable production operations
• Ensure compliance with GMP and cleanroom protocols
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and SOP adherence
• Support process optimization and troubleshooting

R&D – Drug Substance / Analytical & Molecular Biology

• Perform analytical testing and molecular biology techniques
• Support method development and validation activities
• Work on biopharma research and development projects
• Maintain documentation aligned with regulatory standards

Quality Assurance (QA) – IPQA / Compliance / Vendor Qualification

• Monitor in-process quality assurance activities
• Handle audits, CAPA, deviation management, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines
• Manage vendor qualification and training processes

Engineering – Plant Maintenance / Utilities / Automation

• Maintain clean utilities such as HVAC and water systems
• Handle electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems
• Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure smooth operation of injectable manufacturing equipment

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education

• M.Sc (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry)
• M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• B.Tech / BE (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
