Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Cadila Pharma’s products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Develop strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
• Organize product presentations and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer calls and sales data.
• Coordinate with the regional sales manager and team for effective coverage and strategy execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification: BSc., MSc., B Pharma, or M.Pharma.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
