Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC – Finished Goods)

• Perform analysis of finished pharmaceutical products as per approved specifications
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP, and cGMP requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and analytical records
• Support OOS/OOT investigations and quality reviews
• Handle laboratory instruments and ensure calibration compliance

Quality Assurance (QA – IPQA)

• Conduct in-process quality assurance checks on the shop floor
• Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines during manufacturing activities
• Review batch records and documentation for compliance
• Handle deviation, CAPA, and change control processes
• Support audits and regulatory inspections

Ointment Manufacturing

• Operate and monitor ointment manufacturing processes and equipment
• Ensure batch execution as per SOPs and production schedules
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and GMP compliance on the shop floor
• Support documentation and process validation activities
