🎯 Key Responsibilities
As an Institutional Business Executive at Cadila Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s hospital and institutional sales operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients such as hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare groups.
Developing and executing strategies for institutional and corporate business development.
Promoting and marketing Cadila’s products and services across institutional buyers to meet sales targets.
Conducting product presentations and negotiations with key decision-makers.
Mapping new institutional opportunities and generating high-quality leads.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment and customer support.
🎓 Eligibility & Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
✅ Educational Qualifications:
BSc / MSc in Life Sciences
B Pharm / M.Pharm
✅ Experience:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in institutional or hospital sales
Prior experience in healthcare marketing or pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage
