Experience Required:
2–3 years in clinical study monitoring, preferably with a sponsor or Clinical Research Organization (CRO).
Alternatively, candidates with experience as a study site coordinator at reputed institutes in clinical operations are also eligible.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy (BSc, BDS, B Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc).
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate at Himalaya Wellness Company, your role will include:
- Monitoring and managing clinical studies as per Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Coordinating with study sites, investigators, and CROs to ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols.
- Conducting site visits for initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate study documentation.
- Supporting the development of study protocols and investigator brochures.
- Ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance throughout the study lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Education:
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Science or Pharmacy (BSc, BDS, B Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc).
Preferred Experience:
- Clinical study monitoring experience with sponsors or CROs.
- Candidates with study site coordination experience in clinical operations are encouraged to apply.
Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trial processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in clinical trial documentation and ethical compliance.
