Job Role & Responsibilities
QC Officer / Senior Officer – Quality Control Department
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products
- Ensure testing is carried out as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and specifications
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, and other laboratory equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with cGMP and GLP requirements
- Identify and report Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results
- Participate in method validation, calibration, and routine laboratory activities
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality assurance processes
This role plays a critical part in maintaining pharmaceutical product quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting safe drug manufacturing practices.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education:
B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharmacy
Relevant Courses:
Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control
- Hands-on experience in analytical testing and laboratory instruments
