Job Role & Responsibilities
As an HCC Process Trainer, you will play a key role in enhancing the coding capabilities of healthcare professionals through effective training programs. Your expertise will help teams meet compliance and accuracy standards in Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding and US healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive classroom and virtual training sessions on HCC and ICD coding.
- Develop, implement, and update comprehensive training plans, assessments, and evaluation frameworks.
- Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for training effectiveness.
- Identify training gaps and propose targeted improvement plans.
- Collaborate with quality and operations teams to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest CMS guidelines and HCC coding updates.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Graduation in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent medical field (BSc, MSc, B Pharm, M.Pharm, BDS, BHMS, etc.)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in HCC coding and process training.
- Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of ICD and HCC coding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering structured training programs.
- Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
Location & Salary
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra
- Salary: Competitive; based on experience and skillset.
