Job Role & Responsibilities

Clinical Research Operations – Associate Trainee / Coordinator

Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with internships welcome)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF).
• Support regulatory and ethics committee submissions and tracking.
• Maintain version control and archival of essential study documents.
• Support Project Managers and CRAs during study setup, feasibility, initiation, monitoring, and close-out.
• Track study timelines through dashboards, trackers, and operational reports.
• Assist with site payments, vendor coordination, and investigator communication.
• Manage distribution, shipment, and tracking of clinical trial materials.
• Maintain investigator and vendor databases.
• Follow SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and local regulations.
• Assist in safety reporting documentation, SAE tracking, and CAPA preparation.
• Support audits, inspections, and internal quality activities.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and SOP/process improvements.
• Gain hands-on experience aimed at transitioning into future CRA roles.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
• 0–2 years of experience in clinical research; freshers with internships or academic exposure encouraged.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP and regulatory frameworks preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn clinical trial software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm Clinical Research, B.Sc Life Sciences, M.Sc Biotechnology, PG Diploma in Clinical Research.
