Job Role & Responsibilities

Positions Available:

• Chemist

• Senior Chemist

Departments: QC / QA / Production

Key Responsibilities:

Chemist:

• Conduct routine chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

• Maintain laboratory records and documentation per SOPs and regulatory guidelines

• Support QA/QC teams in ensuring product quality and compliance

• Prepare reports for management review and audits

• Assist in method validation and calibration of analytical instruments

Senior Chemist:

• Oversee laboratory operations and supervise junior chemists

• Perform complex chemical analyses and troubleshoot analytical issues

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and other regulatory standards

• Coordinate with Production and QA teams to implement quality improvement initiatives

• Mentor and train laboratory staff to maintain high standards of work

Experience Required:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical QC/QA/Production

• Prior experience in analytical chemistry and laboratory operations preferred

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields
