Job Role & Responsibilities
Safety Systems Associate II Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support safety system implementation, system configuration, migration activities, and technical operations related to pharmacovigilance platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in safety system implementation and support activities
- Configure project-specific settings within pharmacovigilance systems
- Maintain system configuration documentation and updates
- Generate standard and ad hoc safety reports
- Support sponsors and end users regarding safety system operations
- Perform routine and ad hoc data extraction activities including PSURs and DSURs
- Participate in safety data migration and validation activities
- Support change management and user training programs
- Handle ticket management and system issue resolution
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitor system failure notifications and mailbox queries
- Train internal team members on technical and functional processes
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, pharmacovigilance regulations, and healthcare compliance standards
