Job Role & Responsibilities

Safety Systems Associate II Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support safety system implementation, system configuration, migration activities, and technical operations related to pharmacovigilance platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in safety system implementation and support activities
• Configure project-specific settings within pharmacovigilance systems
• Maintain system configuration documentation and updates
• Generate standard and ad hoc safety reports
• Support sponsors and end users regarding safety system operations
• Perform routine and ad hoc data extraction activities including PSURs and DSURs
• Participate in safety data migration and validation activities
• Support change management and user training programs
• Handle ticket management and system issue resolution
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Monitor system failure notifications and mailbox queries
• Train internal team members on technical and functional processes
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, pharmacovigilance regulations, and healthcare compliance standards
• Support healthcare database management and system integration processes
