Job Role & Responsibilities

Product Management Team – Pharma & Cosmeceuticals

• Develop and execute product strategies for pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical products
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to commercialization
• Support new product development (NPD) initiatives and product launches
• Create brand plans and marketing strategies to enhance product positioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, and regulatory departments
• Provide training and product knowledge support to field sales teams
• Monitor product performance and optimize strategies based on market feedback

This role plays a critical part in driving business growth, improving product visibility, and ensuring successful product positioning in the competitive pharma and cosmeceutical market.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must have completed:

M.Pharm, MBA, PGDM (Marketing, Healthcare Management)

Relevant courses include: Pharmaceutical Marketing, Healthcare Management, Product Management, Market Research, Brand Management, Biotechnology, Life Sciences

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in pharma, cosmeceutical, or dermatology industry
• Strong understanding of product strategy, brand planning, and market research
