Job Role & Responsibilities

Officer – API QC (1–5 Years)

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and APIs.
• Carry out HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and wet chemistry analysis as per SOPs.
• Review analytical data and ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Conduct stability studies and support OOS/OOT investigations.
• Maintain documentation aligned with regulatory and internal quality standards.

Officer – ETP (1–5 Years)

• Monitor effluent treatment plant operations.
• Maintain logs for pH, COD, TDS, and other environmental parameters.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for waste management.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.

Officer – Production (Nutra) (1–5 Years)

• Manage day-to-day nutraceutical manufacturing activities.
• Operate equipment as per batch manufacturing records.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards during processing.
• Assist supervisors in planning and executing production schedules.
• Record process data and support troubleshooting.

Officer – Kilo Lab (API Experience) (1–5 Years)

• Handle small-scale synthesis and scale-up batches.
• Follow process chemistry instructions and maintain reaction logs.
• Assist in technology transfer for pilot and commercial scale.
• Support impurity profiling and sampling.
• Maintain safety standards during handling of chemicals and equipment.

R&D – Research Associate (Enzyme Process) (8–10 Years)

• Work on enzyme-based process development and optimization.
• Design experiments, run trials, and analyze results.
• Support scale-up studies and technology transfer.
• Document research findings and contribute to process improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with production, QA, and analytical teams.

Apprentice – Production (Fresher, 2025)

• Learn production processes through structured training.
• Support manufacturing tasks under supervision.

• Gain exposure to GMP, equipment handling, and plant operations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• M.Sc Chemistry – API QC, R&D (Enzyme process).
• B.Sc Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical / Diploma Chemical – ETP, Production, Nutra, Kilo Lab.
• Freshers (2025 pass-outs) eligible for Production Apprentice.

Skills required:

• Understanding of analytical techniques or production processes.
