Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Granulation / Compression / Coating / Packing Operators

Operators will be responsible for executing shop-floor manufacturing activities across various OSD production stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation of granulation equipment including RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster coating, and roll compactor
• Handling compression machines such as Hata, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Killian, and Cadmach
• Operating coating equipment including Ohara, Glatt, ACG Smart, Gansons, and Bectochem
• Managing bottle and blister packing lines including Uhlmann, BQS, IMA PG, CVC, Pharmapack, Countec, and labeling systems
• Capsule filling and inspection using AF90T, AF150T, ZRO 200, TTS, Hartnett printing, band sealing, and checkweighers
• Documentation as per SOPs and GMP guidelines
