Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end bioanalytical and clinical trial processes.
- Conduct method development, validation, and sample analysis.
- Manage medical writing, regulatory documentation, and submissions.
- Lead project management and business development initiatives.
- Handle HR and administration to ensure smooth organizational operations.
- Coordinate clinical trial activities including site monitoring and documentation.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Experience: 4–8 years of mandatory CRO experience (for all positions).
- Education: Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields depending on role.
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of BA/BE studies and clinical trials.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ANVISA, NPRA, MHRA, USFDA).
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Clinical Research).
