Job Role & Responsibilities
Program/Project Coordinator Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support project and programme management activities while coordinating clinical operations, project documentation, stakeholder communication, and financial tracking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and organize clinical study and project documentation
- Manage electronic and hardcopy clinical trial records including CRFs and study files
- Support quality control audits and documentation reviews
- Ensure compliance with ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory standards
- Assist with Independent Ethics Committee and Hospital Ethics Committee submissions
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for assigned projects
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and documentation workflows
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and financial tracking activities
- Assist in revenue recognition, invoicing, and receivable monitoring
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate project management records and tracking systems
- Support clinical project management and operational coordination
- Work collaboratively with healthcare, regulatory, and clinical operations teams
