Job Role & Responsibilities
Medical Coding Activities

- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes.
- Assign CPT procedure codes based on medical documentation.

- Support medical coding quality and compliance requirements.
Documentation Review
- Analyze clinical records and physician documentation.
