Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Executive / Sr. Executive – Manufacturing Downstream

Department: Manufacturing – Downstream
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology)
Experience: 2–8 Years
Location: Ahmedabad – Intas Plasma Fractionation Centre

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in Chromatography techniques (Affinity, Ion Exchange, SEC).
• Conduct Protein Purification, Centrifugation, and Filtration for biologics and plasma-based products.
• Execute and monitor Downstream Processing (DSP) activities under cGMP conditions.
• Operate and calibrate AKTA systems, centrifuges, and filtration skids.
• Maintain documentation and data integrity per GLP and GMP standards.
• Support process validation, deviation handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for batch review and compliance activities.

2. Research Associate / Associate Scientist – R&D (Process Development)

Department: Research & Development – Process Development
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology)
Experience: 2–8 Years

Mode: Virtual (MS Teams)

Key Responsibilities:

• Involved in Downstream Process (DSP) Development for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
• Design and execute experiments for protein purification and process optimization.
• Implement scale-up and technology transfer activities for biologics.
• Perform chromatography, ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UF/DF), and protein concentration studies.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, validation protocols, and experimental records.
• Collaborate with analytical, upstream, and manufacturing teams for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and ICH guidelines.

Educational Background:

• M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.

Experience Required:
