Job Role & Responsibilities
Openings are available for Officer and Senior Officer positions in Production and QC.
Production – Officer / Senior Officer (API Manufacturing)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / BE (Chemical)
Experience: 3–6 years in API manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily API manufacturing operations as per SOPs and BMR/BPR.
- Handle unit operations such as reaction, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and charging.
- Monitor equipment parameters and support process controls.
- Maintain cGMP compliance, safety practices, and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, EHS, and engineering teams for smooth batch execution.
- Assist in deviation handling, CAPA implementation, and change control activities.
- Ensure readiness for regulatory audits through proper logbook and batch record maintenance.
Quality Control – Officer / Senior Officer (API Manufacturing)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
Experience: 3–6 years in API QC
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and stability analysis for API samples.
- Operate instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, KF, and wet chemistry setups.
- Prepare and review analytical data, ensuring GLP and data integrity.
- Support QMS functions including OOS/OOT, deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
- Maintain laboratory documentation, instrument logs, and audit-ready records.
- Participate in internal and external audits and support compliance reviews.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
- B.Sc (Chemistry or related sciences)
- M.Sc (Chemistry or equivalent)
- BE – Chemical Engineering
Relevant courses: Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, API Process Technology.
