Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analytical testing of API samples using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and other advanced techniques.
- Ensure precision in HPLC operations and maintain quality compliance.
Analytical Development Lab (ADL)
- Formulate and validate analytical procedures for APIs and intermediates.
- Utilize HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and other analytical methods.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review and approve SOPs, Specifications, Test Procedures, and Batch Manufacturing Records.
- Manage deviations, change control, CAPA, and OOS/OOT investigations.
- Ensure thorough SOP preparation and implementation.
Research & Development (R&D)
- Develop new API molecules and optimize existing processes.
- Conduct lab-scale synthesis, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing.
- Prepare development reports, process validation reports, and technical dossiers.
- Ph.D. candidates with API R&D experience are prioritized.
Stores
- Manage inward material, storage, inventory sampling, QC coordination, issuance, documentation, and dispatch.
- Proficiency in ERP/inventory management systems is required.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Background: B Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc Chemistry, Pharm D, Ph.D. (R&D roles)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in relevant departments
- Only male candidates preferred due to new facility setup.
