Medreich (a Meiji Group company) is hiring experienced Quality Control professionals for its OSD manufacturing facility in Bangalore. This role suits candidates with strong analytical skills, experience in regulated environments, and hands-on exposure to QC operations for solid oral dosage formulations. Professionals with 2–6 years of pharmaceutical QC experience who can join within 60 days will be preferred.

The Bangalore OSD plant manufactures tablets, capsules, and dry syrups using state-of-the-art technologies. The Quality Control department plays a critical role in ensuring product integrity, compliance, and customer trust.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, FTIR, Auto Titrator, and Dissolution Apparatus.
• Generate analytical reports with complete documentation and data integrity compliance.
• Support OOS/OOT investigations and laboratory incident reviews.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical QC.
• Execute shift-based responsibilities as required.
• Perform any additional assignments given by QC Management.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry).
• Experience: 2–6 years in QC (Formulations – Tablets, Capsules, Dry Syrup).
• Strong experience in analytical testing for solid oral dosage forms.
• Working knowledge of OOS, OOT, deviations, and documentation practices.
• Experience in regulatory-compliant plants (MHRA, TGA, EU-GMP) is preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics/Quality Assurance), M.Sc Analytical Chemistry, PG Diploma in Pharmaceutical Quality Control.
