Job Role & Responsibilities

The selected professionals will be part of the Formulation Research & Development (FR&D – Solid Orals) function and will play a key role in developing high-quality, compliant pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead formulation development activities for solid oral dosage forms including tablets and capsules
• Design and execute formulation strategies aligned with QbD principles
• Perform scale-up, exhibit, and technology transfer activities
• Support regulatory submissions for USFDA, EU, and other regulated markets
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges during development and manufacturing
• Prepare and review technical documents such as development reports, protocols, and summaries
• Collaborate with Analytical R&D, QA, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics or related specialization)
• Experience: 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in FR&D – Solid Oral Dosage Forms
• Proven exposure to regulated market product development is mandatory
• Strong understanding of formulation science, excipient selection, and process optimization
