Job Role & Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be part of the Formulation Analytical Research & Development (FAR&D) team and will contribute directly to formulation development, analytical validation, and regulatory support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical method development, method troubleshooting, and validation in compliance with cGMP and ICH guidelines
• Execute investigations for non-conforming samples, deviations, and CAPA activities
• Evaluate analytical data, prepare reports, and support regulatory documentation
• Draft and review quality documents including SOPs, laboratory procedures, and investigational protocols
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, Dissolution, Karl Fischer (KF), and Ion Chromatography (IC)
• Perform sample preparation and extraction for various dosage forms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Formulation R&D, QA, and Regulatory Affairs
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness

Note: Candidates from Formulation QC and API QC / AR&D backgrounds are also eligible.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Qualification: M.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Pharm

Experience: 1 to 6 years in pharmaceutical analytical R&D, formulation QC, or API analytical roles

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of analytical method development and validation
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, Dissolution, KF, IC
• Understanding of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and data integrity requirements
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
