Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Injectables (Freshers)

Candidates selected for injectable production will be trained and deployed in aseptic and non-aseptic manufacturing operations under GMP supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting injectable manufacturing operations
• Following SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines
• Assisting in batch documentation and line activities
• Working in shifts as per production requirements

Production – Injectables & OSD (Operators / Executives)

Experienced candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing and packing equipment across multiple dosage forms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Granulation, blending, bin-to-bin transfer, and bin washing
• Blister packing, CAM & HI cartonator operations
• Capsule filling, roll compaction, compression, coating
• Manufacturing and packing documentation
• Handling liquid orals, bilayer, and oncology OSD operations

Educational Qualifications:
ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc

Relevant Courses (comma-separated):
ITI, Diploma in Pharmacy, Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Electrical, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech

Experience Criteria:

• Chinna Chilkamarri (Injectables): Freshers only – 2024 & 2025 pass-outs
• Kothur Unit (Injectables & OSD):
  • Operators: 1–6 years
  • Executives / Manufacturing / Packing: 2–8 years
