Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA) – Fresher
The QA Fresher will work under the guidance of senior QA professionals and receive on-the-job training in pharmaceutical quality assurance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting QA documentation activities including SOPs, formats, and logs
- Assisting in batch manufacturing record review and compliance checks
- Supporting internal audits and external regulatory inspections
- Coordinating with Production, Quality Control, and Engineering teams
- Compiling quality data and maintaining records as per GMP requirements
- Learning SOP implementation and regulatory documentation practices
This role plays a supporting role in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety while providing freshers with practical exposure to real-time pharma QA operations.
