Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: Trainee – Microbiology
Department: Microbiology
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbial limit testing, sterility testing, and environmental monitoring.
- Conduct water and air quality sampling and analysis as per SOPs.
- Support microbial identification and culture maintenance activities.
- Document results accurately following GLP/GMP standards.
- Assist senior microbiologists during audits and validations.
- Ensure aseptic handling and maintain laboratory cleanliness.
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of microbiological techniques, media preparation, and aseptic practices.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical microbiology, regulatory documentation, and lab safety procedures.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Qualification: M.Sc in Microbiology
Relevant Courses (comma-separated): M.Sc Microbiology, M.Sc Applied Microbiology, M.Sc Industrial Microbiology, M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Biochemistry
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers eligible)
Preference: Male candidates (as per HR preference for shift work and lab schedules)
