Job Role & Responsibilities
Technical Associate / Operator – Production (OSD)
- Operate granulation and coating equipment as per approved SOPs and BMRs
- Monitor critical process parameters during granulation and coating stages
- Perform in-process checks to ensure batch consistency and quality compliance
- Maintain equipment cleanliness, line clearance, and area hygiene
- Follow GMP, safety, and data integrity practices on the shop floor
- Support batch documentation and shift-wise production reporting
- Coordinate with supervisors and QA teams during manufacturing activities
Officer / Senior Officer – Production (Solid Oral Dosage)
- Supervise granulation and coating operations for assigned production batches
- Ensure adherence to approved manufacturing procedures and cGMP guidelines
- Review and complete Batch Manufacturing Records accurately
- Handle deviations, minor process issues, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Warehouse teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations during audits and inspections
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
- Technical Associate / Operator: 10+2, ITI, Diploma, Any Graduate
- Officer / Senior Officer – Production: B.Pharmacy
Relevant Courses: B.Pharmacy, Diploma in Pharmacy, ITI (Pharma/Mechanical), B.Sc (Any Stream), Production Engineering Diploma
Experience Criteria
- 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Granulation and Coating operations
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical formulation plants is mandatory
- Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and shop-floor documentation
Location & Salary
