Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Associate – Manufacturing, selected candidates will:
- Operate production equipment including injectable machines, sterile systems, parenteral and formulation machines.
- Handle filling, capping, washing, sealing, visual inspection, and packing machines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate production data and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve efficiency and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Pharmacy (2025 pass-outs only)
- Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% aggregate with no backlogs
- Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP awareness, and willingness to work in a production environment.
