Job Role & Responsibilities

Trainees and junior chemists will work in the production area, supporting day‑to‑day API manufacturing activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in executing batch manufacturing processes under supervision.
• Support equipment operation such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filtration units and related utilities.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements and cGMP practices inside the production block.
• Maintain accurate documentation for batch records, logbooks and cleaning records.
• Monitor process parameters and escalate deviations promptly.
• Assist in material charging, sampling and in‑process monitoring.
• Participate in housekeeping, area hygiene and regulatory compliance routines.

Freshers will receive structured on‑floor training to understand equipment handling, chemical safety, and manufacturing workflows.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Education

B.Sc Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Diploma.

Experience
