Job Role & Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Packing – Parenteral (Injectables)

• Handle aseptic manufacturing processes including injectable production and sterile operations
• Operate autoclave, vial filling, and packing equipment
• Maintain cleanroom standards and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines
• Perform batch manufacturing and documentation activities
• Support production efficiency and quality assurance processes

Quality Management Systems (QMS – Parenteral)

• Investigate OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and deviations
• Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and change control processes
• Handle environmental monitoring (EM) and quality investigations
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain documentation and audit readiness for inspections

Manufacturing – OSD (Oral Solid Dosage)

• Perform granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling operations
• Handle blister packing and primary packaging processes
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Monitor manufacturing processes and troubleshoot production issues

Engineering – Parenteral & OSD

• Maintain pharmaceutical plant equipment and utilities
• Handle HVAC systems, water systems, and utility operations
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment
• Ensure smooth functioning of production and plant systems
• Support engineering documentation and compliance requirements

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must have completed:

ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BE (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical)

Relevant courses include: Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Pharmacy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Production Technology, Quality Assurance

• Experience: 2 to 10 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, USFDA, and regulatory compliance standards
• Experience in injectable or OSD manufacturing preferred
• Technical expertise in equipment handling and troubleshooting required
• Candidates with regulated plant experience will be preferred
