• Position Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – International Out-Licensing and Development (IOD)
• Qualification: MBA or M. Pharma with relevant experience
• Experience: Candidate should be self-driven, with knowledge of International markets in formulation or other B2B business. Experience of handling teams and business independently.

Job Description: As an AGM in the IOD department, you will:

• Drive FDF Out-licensing business for the EU market.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new partners.
• Evaluate commercial aspects of business cases for new and existing projects.
• Formulate and implement innovative ideas to meet customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams for product launches and lifecycle management.
• Prepare NPV, business cases, sales forecasts, and conduct market data analysis.
