Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance – Injectable Officer, you will:
- Conduct external audits and ensure compliance with international regulatory standards.
- Oversee sterile GMP operations, including compounding, filling, lyophilization, and packaging.
- Prepare and review Master Batch Records (MBR), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Draft, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and sterile operation reports.
- Participate in qualification and validation activities for equipment, utilities, processes, cleaning, and sterilization.
- Monitor aseptic practices, line clearance, and environmental trends to maintain sterile conditions.
- Handle deviations, change controls, CAPA, and risk assessments effectively.
- Support regulatory inspections and customer audits with detailed documentation.
- Travel 50–60% domestically or internationally for audits and training.
- Mentor and train production staff on sterile practices and GMP compliance.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc in Microbiology / Life Sciences.
- Experience: 6–8 years in injectable pharmaceutical QA.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, USFDA, EU, MHRA, WHO, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Proven experience in sterile operations and QA documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%).

- Work in rotational shifts if required in production areas.
