Elico Healthcare Services Ltd is offering excellent opportunities for freshers to become Medical Scribe Trainees and be part of the U.S. healthcare domain. This role will allow you to gain mastery in the healthcare field and advance rapidly in your career.

Role:

A Medical Scribe is like a personal assistant to physicians, responsible for documenting patient information in the EHR and ensuring efficient patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Document relevant information from patient-physician conversations in a specific EHR in real-time.
• Summarize medical facts in professional clinical reports.
• Navigate EHRs and enter clinical reports and data into customer EHRs, adhering to specific guidelines and workflows.
• Keep providers updated with patient information.
• Collaborate with managers on feedback from providers and resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy per HIPAA regulations.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology, anatomy, medications, abbreviations, etc.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand diverse accents and dialects.
• Good typing skills
• Analytical skills with logical reasoning
• Ability to comprehend information for live scenarios
• Punctuality and preparedness for provider shifts and work-related activities
• Ability to multitask and communicate professionally even under pressure

Shift:

Night Timings: 8 pm to 5 am or 9 pm to 6 am during training, later based on the provider

Working Days: 5 days a week

Cab Facility: Point pickup & home drop

Service Agreement: 2 years with original certificates deposition (including training).
