Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – R&D (API)
Openings: 20
Experience: 2–6 Years in API R&D
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments in API synthesis, process development, and optimization.
- Support scale-up and technology transfer processes to manufacturing units.
- Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation in compliance with USFDA, cGMP, and international standards.
- Execute laboratory operations safely and efficiently, adhering to SOPs and quality protocols.
- Analyze reaction mechanisms, purification processes, and troubleshoot experimental issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for research planning and project execution.
- Ensure accurate data recording, reporting, and documentation for internal review and audits.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or equivalent
- Experience: 2–6 years in API Research & Development
- Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in API synthesis, purification, and analytical techniques.
- Strong knowledge of reaction mechanisms, laboratory safety practices, and cGMP compliance.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as USFDA, ICH guidelines, and global quality norms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
