Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Jr. Medical Writer at Samahitha Clinical Research, you will:

  • Draft, review, and edit clinical trial documents including study protocols, investigator brochures, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports.
  • Support the preparation of regulatory submission documents such as INDs, NDAs, CTDs, and other scientific filings.
  • Ensure all clinical trial documents comply with ICF-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
  • Translate complex scientific and clinical data into clear, concise, and accurate content for diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, data management, and pharmacovigilance.
  • Assist senior medical writers and medical experts in preparing manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations for scientific journals and conferences.
  • Conduct literature searches and stay updated with industry advancements, regulatory guidelines, and therapeutic area knowledge.

Eligibility / Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Life Science graduates (B.Sc, M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Pharmacy).
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical, CRO, or life sciences domain.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research terminology, regulatory writing standards, and medical documentation practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
