Job Role & Responsibilities
The open positions include Medical Coders, Senior Coders, and QA specialists. Selected candidates will:
- Perform accurate medical coding for specialties such as IVR, Radiology, and Radiation Oncology.
- Review and analyze patient records to assign appropriate medical codes.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with QA teams to maintain high coding standards.
- Deliver productivity and quality benchmarks aligned with healthcare industry requirements.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BDS, BHMS, BPT, BAMS, Life Sciences graduates.
- Experience: 1–4 years in medical coding.
- Preferred Certifications: CPC, CCS, CIC, COC (AAPC/AHIMA).
- Other Requirements: Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
