Job Opening: Process Research & Development – Scientist
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Desired Profile
- Qualification: MSc. in Chemistry
- Experience: 2–10 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
As a Process Research & Development Scientist, you will:
- Experiment Planning and Optimization: Plan and execute experiments to optimize processes for improved yield, quality, and isolation.
- Project Delivery: Ensure on-time delivery of projects ranging from milligram to kilogram scale.
- Technology Transfer: Handle technology transfer from laboratory to kilo/pilot plant scale.
- Analytical Interpretation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques such as IR, NMR, Mass Spectrometry, GC, and HPLC for interpreting intermediates and finished products.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive development reports, technology transfer documents, and maintain lab notebooks with meticulous detail.
- Troubleshooting and Literature Search: Perform detailed literature reviews to identify solutions for process challenges.
