About the Fortress India Apprentice Program
The Fortrea India Apprentice Program is designed to support fresh graduates in STEM, Business, and Healthcare disciplines. This program provides meaningful assignments, helping participants develop key skills and build a strong foundation in clinical research.
As an Apprentice TMF Associate, you will gain hands-on experience managing Trial Master File (TMF) documentation, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards, and supporting clinical research processes.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure TMF compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Manage eTMF (Electronic Trial Master File) by classifying and performing quality checks.
- Support audits and inspections, ensuring TMF readiness.
- Analyze performance metrics and assist in trend analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve documentation and client satisfaction.
- Participate in meetings, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualifications:
- Recent graduates with a degree in Life Sciences, MTech, or BTech.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research processes is a plus.
Key Skills Required:
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the clinical research industry
