Open Positions & Qualifications
1. Trainee Research Associate
Qualification: MSc in Organic Chemistry
Experience: Freshers welcome
Key Skills: Basic knowledge of organic synthesis, laboratory safety, and analytical techniques.
2. Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
Qualification: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or PhD in Organic Chemistry
Experience: 1–5 years
Key Skills: Expertise in synthetic chemistry, ability to execute multi-step synthesis, good documentation practices.
3. Research Scientist
Qualification: PhD in Organic Chemistry
Experience: 6–9 years preferred
Key Skills: Advanced problem-solving, project leadership, experience with reaction optimization and route scouting.
