Open Positions & Departments
1. Injectable Manufacturing – Production & Packing
Designations: Officer, Operator, Executive
Location: Pipan, Ahmedabad
Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, BSc, B Pharm, MSc, M.Pharm, B.E
Experience Required: 2 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Sterile/Parenteral/Aseptic processing
- Batch manufacturing documentation and QMS handling
- Operation of Filling, Sealing, Filtration, and Visual Inspection units
- Machine exposure: Groninger, Optima, Bosch, Dyno Truking filling machines, Steam sterilizers (Fedegree)
- Familiarity with ophthalmic, vial, PFS, LYO, cartridge, and bag filling lines
- Operation of autoclaves and terminal sterilization equipment
2. Injectable Quality Control (QCC)
Designations: Officer, Senior Officer, Executive
Location: SEZ Matoda, Ahmedabad
Qualifications: B Pharm, MSc, M.Pharm
Experience Required: 2 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- GLP Testing: Calibration and operation of HPLC (Waters/SHIMADZU), GC, UV, FTIR, K/F, AAS, IC
- Raw Material/Packaging Material Testing (RM-PM): Analytical testing using HPLC, GC (Agilent), UV, FTIR
- In-Process & Finished Product Testing (IP-FP): Use of HPLC, Dissolution (Sotax), UV, FTIR, and other analytical instruments
