Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Review and approve SOPs, batch records, and change controls.
- Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
- Monitor documentation, CAPA, deviations, and risk assessments.
2. Production
- Operate and monitor API manufacturing processes.
- Manage equipment, process parameters, and ensure EHS compliance.
- Supervise operators and shift teams for productivity and safety.
- Ensure batch records, yields, and product quality are maintained as per standards.
3. Process Safety
- Conduct process hazard analysis and risk assessments.
- Implement safety controls for handling hazardous chemicals.
- Support regulatory compliance related to OSHA, ISO, and EHS.
- Collaborate with QA and Production teams to ensure safe operations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Quality Assurance (QA): 1–10 years of experience in pharma QA (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc)
- Production: 1–10 years of experience in API/OSD Production (B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma in Chemical Engineering)
- Process Safety: 2–6 years of experience in EHS/Process Safety (B.Tech Chemical Engineering, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharm)
Preferred Courses: B.Sc (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry), B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics), M.Sc (Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry), B.Tech (Chemical Engineering)
