Job Role & Responsibilities
Neuland Laboratories is seeking skilled professionals with relevant API industry experience to join its Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments.
Quality Assurance (QA):
- QA-AQA: 3–10 years of experience
- QA-QMS: 3–8 years of experience
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Conduct internal audits and support external inspections
- Review and approve manufacturing and testing documentation
- Support change control, CAPA, deviation handling, and document management
Quality Control (QC):
- QC-HPLC: 3–6 years of experience
- QC-Wet Lab: 3–6 years of experience
- QC-Instrumentation (B.Tech): 5–8 years of experience
- Perform HPLC analysis, wet chemistry tests, and instrumental analysis
- Ensure accurate testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Support method validation, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Required Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplines
- Experience: 3–10 years in API Pharmaceutical Industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience in HPLC, wet chemistry, and QC instrumentation
- Good communication and documentation skills
