Open Position: HCC Coder (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding for insurance and healthcare compliance
• Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines
• Deliver timely and high-quality documentation

Required Qualifications:

• CPC or CRC Certification is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HCC Coding
• Any graduation stream accepted (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Allied Health, etc.)
• Proficient in coding platforms and audit tools
